About the Show
History’s Kids brings the past to life through the eyes of kids who were there. Each episode features a firsthand account from someone who experienced a historical event as a child—making history feel real, personal, and unforgettable.
Episodes are under 20 minutes, making them perfect for car rides, classrooms, or curious minds on the go.
Creator Lorraine Leddy was inspired to start History’s Kids when she saw her students' love for historical fiction featuring young protagonists. She wondered: What about telling the stories of the real kids who lived through history?
